About the sight
It was opened in 1932. It is one of the most beautiful baths in Hungary and it is also popular with foreigners. The bath occupying 5 hectares is a real paradise for those who want to recover, to do some sports or just to have fun. A speciality of the bath is that in the northern part there are silent pools with thermal water and in the southern part pools for children and youngsters are located. The indoor and open-air experience-island with its 13 pools, sport fields and playground has a direct entrance to the Turkish Bath.
In the Thermal bath arthiritis, pain in the spine, bones, muscles, sinews, problems with the nervous system, the connective tissue, and with the skin, some kinds of gynaecological problems and exhaustion can be treated.
